Nothing is arriving

Click the Agent Bell icon in the menu bar. Two lines there answer this. If the hooks are not installed yet it offers Set up Claude Code…; once they are, it reads ✓ Claude Code is set up. And if a line says ⚠️ Not listening, the app is not receiving anything — quit Agent Bell and open it again. If both look right, restart Claude Code: hooks are read when a session starts, so a session that was already running never had them.

It is telling me about turns I do not care about

Under “When to interrupt”, raise the minimum duration, or switch on “only when I have switched to another app”. Every turn is still recorded in the history either way — the rules decide what interrupts you, not what is kept.

I want it off my machine

Use “Remove Agent Bell from Claude Code…” before you delete the app. It takes out its own hooks, its bridge and its token, and leaves any other tool's hooks alone. Your settings.json is backed up first, as it is before every change Agent Bell makes.

I lost my licence key

Email us with the address you bought it with and we will send it again.
